Turnaround

All orders are shipped maximum within 15 days, Sunday - Thursday, between 8am - 5pm. However, we will try our best to ship your collections as early as we can. We only ship to open home addresses and do not ship to P.O. Box address.

Order Tracking

When a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. You may then track the status of your shipment through the courier company’s website.

Shipping Rates to the UAE & GCC

Shipping to the UAE is free of charge on an unlimited number of products. 

Shipping to GCC is free of charge up to 3kg for an unlimited number of products.

International Shipping Rates

International shipping charges will be subject to the weight and size of the product. Before the payment process you will be shown what the shipping costs will be, and have the choice to cancel the order if you decide.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

*Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Returns & Exchange policy

How to return an item

Your item must be in its original unused, Unaltered, non-defective condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase. Once returns are received, please allow 10 business days for processing. Theanjelique.com will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

1. Please email info@anjelique.me to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number with a pick up schedule from your address and we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Refund

We give full refund of purchased product. We don't refund the original shipping that you paid on earlier order. This amount to be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If your purchased item is in like new condition, you may exchange your purchased item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
